Sinus Hotline Sinus Hotline is a natural remedy that has been used to treat sinus-related health problems for over ten years. Despite a very loyal customer base, the brand was struggling to grow due to dated brand identity and generally weak, unfocused branding. We developed a strategy to leverage the brand's authenticity and care for consumers, while weaving those elements into a greater brand narrative and brand identity. We revived the brand with a new brand story that built on the foundation of the old. We created the brand identity as a tapestry that extended the brand story and connected it with the logo, packaging, website and digital and traditional communications.
