As their brand name would suggest, the Ultimate Health & Wellbeing Group is committed to providing customers the highest quality medical therapeutic equipment, herbal therapeutic sinus medications and organic health supplement products. Good friends of The Defectors, the team at UHWG turned to us to develop a strategy to expand their business online. We worked closely with them to define their business needs and marketing approach. We developed new branding created them a new brand to reflect their natural yet scientific approach to health and wellbeing. We built them an online store where both Australian and international customers could browse and purchase goods. We weaved in elements into the site to effectively "sell" to customers and meet their online needs such as search functionality, detailed product information, logical checkout process, cross selling and up selling functionality, product comparison functionality and secure payment gateway. The site has helped streamlined UHWG's business operations and created an easy, simple and secure online shopping experience for customers that keeps them coming back again and again.
